ADA Digital’s Growth Story

ADA Digital Marketing started in 2019, founded by Tom Murrell after over a decade working in corporate spaces. Then in early 2024 Dani Murrell joined to combine their knowledge of PPC, SEO and online strategies to supercharge businesses. With the team and list of clients expanding, they needed a new office and so transformed (beyond all recognition) a unit in Talisman Square, right in the heart of Kenilworth. ADA Digital HQ is a space dedicated to ambition, a team with unmatched expertise and AI-powered strategies plus Bowie the dog.

Later in 2024, the team grew again with an experienced web developer and a client-focused digital marketing apprentice. Meaning that ADA Digital could level up their services to help businesses that want to scale, accelerate and outpace the competition.

In 2025 the team grew by three more members taking them up to a lively team of six. With new people, came new skills, the agency gained another PPC specialist, Client Success Director, plus an SEO and Content Manager. The team went on to win “Rising Star” award at Elite Business Top 100 Awards and our very own Worthie for Best ‘Non-Shop Front’ Business of the Year.

In 2026, the marketing agency showed no signs of slowing down, they welcomed 12 new clients, exceeded their target sales by +30% year on year and their revenue increased +56% compared to the previous year. On top of that, the team got even stronger with three new team members, including business growth, account and project management, with plans for a fourth new team member  to start at the end of the year!

This year… ADA Digital have launched updated company branding, a brand new website and added social media advertising along with Chat GPT Ads to their list of services. The team continues to deep dive into the growing realm of AI search, how it's changing the way people behave online and how the team can offer an AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) service to their clients, to keep them ahead of the new age of search.

As for 2027, watch this space! To keep up with all things Google search, everything businesses need to know to thrive online and to see what the team are getting up to follow their social meda:

Know Your Numbers!  Free webinar with David Rogers of Bernard Rogers Accountants

Free Webinar: Know Your Numbers – Make Better Business Decisions

Friday 9 October | 9.30am–10.30am | Online

Chamber member's, Bernard Rogers & Co Chartered Accountants are teaming up with business coaching specialists Coaching 360 for a free webinar designed to help business owners get more from their financial information.

Know Your Numbers: Make Better Business Decisions will bring together David Rogers, Managing Director of Bernard Rogers & Co, and Kevin Riley from Coaching 360 for a practical discussion about the numbers that really matter when running and growing a business.

Most established businesses have plenty of financial information available to them. The challenge is knowing which numbers to focus on, what they are telling you and how to use that information to make better commercial decisions.

Drawing on their experience working with businesses from both a financial and business coaching perspective, David and Kevin will explore the patterns they are seeing across businesses right now, including the warning signs worth watching for, how stronger businesses use their numbers to plan ahead and what can happen when financial information is reviewed too late or in isolation.

The webinar is aimed at established business owners, Managing Directors and senior decision-makers and will include an opportunity to put questions directly to David and Kevin.

The session is free to attend and will take place live on Zoom from 9.30am–10.30am on Friday 9 October.
