We are delighted to be welcoming Janina Ramirez who will be in conversation with Dr Victoria Mier about her latest works.
Prof Janina Ramirez is a number bestselling author, award winning documentary maker, and cultural historian based at the University of Oxford. With a passion for bringing the past to life, she has written for specialist and non-specialist, young and old readers across fiction and non-fiction.
Her books include Legenda, the real women behind the myth that shaped Europe (out now) Femina, a new history of the middle of ages through the women written out of it (Sunday Times number one bestseller and Watersontes Book of the Year), Goddess (in conjunction with the British Museum) and Way of the Waves and Riddle of the Runes (which won the Young Quills Award).
