Businesses severely affected but not automatically entitled to grants
Additional Restrictions Grants (ARG) will target businesses that have experienced a significant negative financial impact, including:
Businesses outside the rates system legally mandated to close during National Lockdowns
Businesses paying Business Rates but were not legally mandated to close.
Supply chains for the retail, hospitality, leisure, accommodation, entertainment, personal care or market trader’s sectors.
Businesses important to the local economy, cultural & creative sector, homeworkers, self-employed, freelancers and independent manufacturers (with less than 250 employees).
