Having been diagnosed with a form of rheumatoid arthritis in my 30's, I have spent the last 20 years taking control of my wellbeing to the point of no medication and no pain today!
My aim is to inspire others to do the same.
If you are looking for ways to relax, destress and quieten your mind, Tai Chi Qigong could be the prefect answer.
Or if you are looking to introduce more movement but don't like the idea of a gym, Nordic walking is a fantastic full body aerobic workout in the fresh air!
Or finally if you really don't know where to start I am a qualified health & wellbeing coach, helping you take those really small steps to change.
