Felting Workshop

n this class, Kenilworth based Textile Artist, Jacqui Smithson will be teaching the technique of needle felting which is great fun to do and easy to learn.

During the session you will create a small panel of felt with a simple image using pre-dyed Merino woollen tops, woollen batts and other interesting fibres.

You may like to create a seasonal scene with  a flock of sheep, a floral display, or a bird in a tree. The choice is yours on the day. I will have plenty of ideas and images that will hopefully inspire you. 

All materials will be provided which will include your felting sponge, wool, and fibres plus 3 needles. I will have extra needles for purchase on the day if needed.

Suitable for beginners or those who have experience.
