In my health and wellbeing practice I take a holistic approach and draw from a variety of disciplines. Evidence-based coaching, exercise and relaxation techniques are all proven tools that can help people gain new insights, strengthen their mind and body and develop sustainable strategies to achieve mental and physical health and wellbeing. I specialise in Stress Management and have a particular interest in supporting women during their menopausal years.
