We all know that a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body!
However, bringing both into balance can be difficult. Sometimes aspects of our lifestyle are worrying us or we are constantly feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Certain life transitions may require a change to our habits and everyday life, but we don't know where to begin.
New beginnings can be daunting but they don't have to be. In fact they are a chance to learn more about ourselves and explore what we really want out of life. They allow for reflection and can result in a sense of renewal and a new equilibrium.
In my health and wellbeing practice I take a holistic approach and draw from a variety of disciplines. Evidence-based coaching, exercise and relaxation techniques are all proven tools that can help people gain new insights, strengthen their mind and body and develop sustainable strategies to achieve mental and physical health and wellbeing. I specialise in Stress Management and have a particular interest in supporting women during their menopausal years.
