Balance Health and Fitness
Tai Chi Exercise begins again on Mondays 11.30 am at The Parochial Hall.
Learn the Exercise Routine that you can do no matter how fit you are now. £5 for your first visit.
You just need an exercise mat, loose fitting clothes and a desire to leave an exercise class smiling.
